You have to make sure that the personality you are giving as references are aware that you will be utilizing them as references, so first you have to ask permission from them and then ask how they would prefer to be contacted, like from email, telephone (work) or from cell phone. Your referee should be those who know you and your activities well.



YOUR BIOGRAPHY


The most important things for most employers are your skills, knowledge, competency and your confidentiality about the roles and responsibilities. Those parts should be kept at the first of your resume. You can broadly include your biography in your Bio Data. List your name, age, height, blood group etc in biography.
